GET BACK TO THE GAME
Start with the symptom you can see. These are general browser troubleshooting steps for the classic Unity WebGL player, not changes to the game’s rules.
The controls do not respond
- Wait until the game has finished loading.
- Click inside the game area to give it keyboard focus.
- Try Left Arrow, Space, Up Arrow, or R. Read the control list if you are following a mobile tutorial.
If Space scrolls the site, focus is outside the player. Clicking inside it is the first thing to try.
The loading screen is stuck
The first load downloads the game files and initializes the player. Give it time on a slow connection. If it remains stuck, click Reload below the player. Then try refreshing the page, closing other demanding tabs, or using another current desktop browser.
A blank screen or WebGL error appears
The browser needs a working WebGL graphics context. Check that browser graphics acceleration is available, restart the browser after changing graphics settings, and try another browser if needed. Device or organization policies can prevent WebGL from working.
The character has fallen or become stuck
Press R for a fresh attempt. This is different from a loading failure. You do not need to reload all the game files just to restart a run.
Fullscreen does not work
Fullscreen availability depends on the browser and device. Use the game in the normal page layout if it is unavailable. Escape exits fullscreen on supported desktop browsers.
I am using a phone
The page is responsive, but the classic game was published with keyboard controls. For touch gameplay, use the official mobile apps.
